Hey, friend! Welcome back to another post. Today, I want to show you around an exhibition that is currently on display at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art through April 27, 2025. Let’s get started!

This exhibition is one of the largest public displays of the OKCMOA’s permanent collection. Due to logistics and care of pieces only 2-5 percent of the collection can be on exhibition at a time. From the Vault: The 80th Anniversary Exhibition showcases an additional 150 pieces from the museum’s permanent collection. Several of these pieces have never been on public exhibition at the OKCMOA.

Artists in the exhibition include Preston Singletary, Georgia O’Keefe, Oscars Brousse Jacobson, Frederic Remington, George Wesley Bellows, and many more.

The exhibition is organized by decade and I have attached my photos in chronological order. I hope you enjoy this glimpse at some of the pieces on display.

Concluding Thoughts

I enjoyed visiting the Oklahoma City Museum of Art and looking at this exhibition. I have walked through it twice now! Each time I visited, I saw something different and learned something new. I hope you’ll make time to go see it before it closes within the next week. It’s definitely worth the trip!

Happy traveling, friend! I’ll talk to ya soon 🙂
